Privacy Policy

This store is deliberately narrow in what it collects. You send us a request, we reply with a quote. There is no mailing list, no advertising tracker, no file upload, and no payment taken on this site.

Who we are

This store is operated by Ages Productions, Inc., of Miami, Florida. We are the ones who receive and hold anything you send through it.

What you submit

The request form asks for your name, and either an email address or a phone number, so we can reply. Everything else is optional: your church, company or organization, and whatever you want to tell us about the room.

The room description is free text and reaches us exactly as you type it. Please don't put payment details, government identifiers or anything else sensitive in it — we have no use for them and no place to put them.

If you have added bundles or cameras to a request list, that list is submitted with the form — the items, their quantities, and the MSRP total. We also pass along a single field recording whether the request came from the bundles or the individual cameras, so we know which part of the store is doing the work.

Two things travel with every request, whether or not you came from a campaign link: the page you first landed on, and — if you arrived from another site — that site's address. If you did reach us from a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that URL travel with the form as well.

These describe how you arrived, not who you are. They are not used to identify you, they are not enriched with data from anywhere else, and they are not shared with advertising networks.

What is kept in your browser

Two things are stored by this site on your own device:

  • Your request list is held in your browser's local storage, so it survives a refresh or a trip to another tab. It persists between visits until you send the request, at which point it is cleared. Clearing your browser's site data for this domain removes it immediately.
  • The arrival details above are held in session storage, which your browser discards when you close the tab. They are written on any page of this site, including this one.

Neither is a cookie, neither is readable by another site, and neither reaches us unless you actually submit the form. Cloudflare's anti-spam check may use storage of its own — see Cookies and tracking below.

Why we collect it

To answer you. We use what you send to confirm availability, put real pricing against your actual requirements, and follow up about the room. That is the whole purpose. We do not run a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information.

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text it about your request. We will not add it to a marketing list, and we will not text you about anything you did not ask us about.

No payment is taken here

This store quotes; it does not check out. Nothing on this site accepts a card, a bank detail, or any payment credential, so none is ever collected, transmitted, or stored. If an order goes ahead, invoicing happens separately.

Who it reaches

These service providers are involved in taking your request and serving this page. Each may log standard technical information, such as your IP address, as part of normal server operation and under its own privacy terms, and each may in turn use subprocessors of its own:

  • Web3Forms — processes the form and delivers it to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace — hosts the inbox that receives and stores that correspondence.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on the form.
  • Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces this page uses.

We do not share your submission with anyone else, and there is no advertising or analytics service loaded on this site.

How long it is kept

It depends on what the request turns into.

  • In transit — about 30 days. Web3Forms states that it retains submission history for 30 days. After that it drops out of their dashboard, and the email in our inbox is the record that remains.
  • Ordinary enquiries. Kept only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep reasonable business records. We do not sit on old correspondence — once a request has been dealt with, whether or not it became business, we clear it out rather than keeping it indefinitely.
  • Quotes and invoices. The moment an enquiry becomes an actual quote or invoice it stops being correspondence and becomes a financial record, retained for as long as applicable law, ordinary accounting practice and tax record-keeping requirements — including IRS requirements — call for.

While correspondence is in the inbox it sits in Google Workspace, so Google's own storage, security and retention practices apply to it as well as ours.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site identifier.

Cloudflare Turnstile may use storage of its own to tell a person from a bot. That behaviour is Cloudflare's rather than ours, and it exists to keep spam off the form.

Your choices

You can ask us what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number below, or send another request saying so. We will act within 45 days. So that we delete the right person's information, we may ask you to confirm a detail from the request itself.

What we can and cannot reach: we can delete the email we hold. A copy also sits in the form processor's submission history for up to about 30 days after you send it and drops out on its own — we cannot speed that up. Ordinary correspondence we can delete. A financial record we cannot: once something has become a quote or an invoice, the retention requirements above take over and a deletion request cannot override them.

Asking us to delete something will not change how we treat you or what we will sell you.

You can clear your request list at any time by removing it from the list itself, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. Neither requires asking us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the form accepts no file uploads, and no payment credential is ever collected. We take reasonable measures to protect what you send. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not promise otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. This version describes how the store works today.
